How quickly can you come out for a quote?

We schedule most site visits within the same week you call. For storm or active-leak situations, we'll prioritize and often get out the same day. You'll have a written quote in your inbox within 48 hours of the visit.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We document the damage, prepare the claim packet, and meet your adjuster on site if needed. We don't get paid until the work is approved, so we're motivated to get the claim handled correctly the first time.

What warranty do I get?

Workmanship warranty is 10 years on every full re-roof. Material warranties go up to 50 years for GAF Golden Pledge tile and shingle systems and lifetime for select standing-seam metal. We hand you the paperwork at handoff.

How long does a typical re-roof take?

A single-family tile roof runs 5–10 working days depending on size and complexity. Shingle is faster, 2–4 days for most homes. Commercial flat-roof projects vary; we'll give you a precise timeline in the written quote.

Do you pull the permits and handle inspections?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every job. We file with the county, schedule the inspector, and don't close out until the final passes. No paperwork on your end.

Are you licensed and insured in Florida?

Accepted Answer

Florida-licensed certified roofing contractor (CCC license). Fully insured for general liability + workers' comp. We're happy to email you copies of all current credentials before you sign anything.
