Florida State Roof Systems is a family-owned, full-service roofing contractor based in West Palm Beach. We started in the 1990s installing residential shingle roofs across Palm Beach County. Three decades and 5,200+ projects later, we still answer the same phone number, and the same family signs every contract.

What makes us different

Most roofers in South Florida fall into two camps. There is the franchise-style outfit that knocks on doors after a hurricane, signs the contract, then subcontracts the actual work to whoever is cheapest that week. And there is the small operator who does great work but cannot pull a permit on a tight timeline because they do not have the staff. We sit between them: a licensed Florida CCC contractor with a real family operating it, a real crew that comes back project after project, and a real office that picks up the phone.

The certifications that matter

We are GAF Master Elite (top 3% of GAF roofers nationally) and CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster certified. Those credentials let us offer manufacturer warranties that non-certified installers cannot, including the GAF Golden Pledge and CertainTeed SureStart programs. We are also BBB A+ accredited and fully insured for general liability and workers' compensation.

From West Palm Beach we dispatch crews up to Stuart, down to South Miami, and out to Belle Glade. Five counties, 150+ cities, every week. Headquartered in Palm Beach County so our local market gets next-day response, but our team knows every code jurisdiction from St. Lucie to Miami-Dade.

The promise

You get the same family from the first phone call to the final inspection. We pull the permits, we run the install, we register the warranty, and we stay reachable for decades after the trucks pull away. That is the bet we make on every roof, and that is why a third of our work in 2026 is for families we first roofed in the 1990s.
