In 2013 we needed a full roof replacement and we were not sure where to start. We sourced five different quotes, with pricing and services, and ultimately ended up choosing John Manera and his company Florida State Roofing Systems.
John personally visited our home to give us a quote. He gave me an understanding of the scope of work needed, and excellent information that enabled me to choose his company.
We asked that John provide his credentials and the final quote so we knew exactly what our part would be. He promised that by 4 p.m. that day, we would have all the information. John did exactly what he said he would do and provided the quote and necessary licenses & insurance coverage’s.
